Sales & Marketing Automation
We build sales and marketing automation in HubSpot, including workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, attribution, and integrations with third-party tools and Zapier. Well-built automation reduces manual handoffs, makes sure every new lead is assigned to an owner, and shows you where your best deals come from. We document everything we build, so your team can read it, understand it, and change it later without outside help.
Before we became consultants, we worked as sales reps and sales leaders who used HubSpot every day. That experience shapes how we build. We design automation for the people who work inside the system, not only for the people who configure it.
What we build
- Lead routing and ownership. New leads assigned to the right rep, fast, with rules everyone can see.
- Lifecycle stages. One clear set of rules for how a contact moves from lead to customer, and when it’s allowed to move backward.
- Deal stage automation. Tasks, handoffs, and notifications that follow your actual sales process.
- Sequences and nurture. The right tool for each job — a sequence when a rep owns the outreach, a workflow when marketing does.
- Attribution. Lead and revenue attribution you can defend to a CFO.
- Integrations. Third-party sales tools and Zapier, connected so data flows one way, on purpose.
How we build it
One system, not two. Sales automation and marketing automation write to the same records. We decide which process owns each property, so a contact doesn’t get kicked back to Lead by a workflow nobody remembers.
Names that explain themselves. Every workflow gets a title that says what it does, a description that says why, and a place in a folder structure organized by team and function.
Re-enrollment, decided. Re-enrollment is the most common reason a customer gets the same email four times. We decide it for each workflow, on purpose, and write down why.
Documentation you can use. Every engagement ends with documentation and flowcharts that an internal admin who has never met us can follow.
Common questions
We already have a lot of workflows. Do you start over?
Rarely. We start with an inventory of what’s running, retire what isn’t needed, and fix what is. An audit is often the first step.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes — through HubSpot’s native integrations, the HubSpot Marketplace, Zapier, or a small custom integration when nothing else fits.
What if automation isn’t the answer?
Then we’ll say so. If reps don’t update deal stages, a workflow won’t fix it — a stage definition they understand will.
